We begin with our customer relations with FREE ESTIMATES from Bruce Moser the Landscape Consultant & Contractor.

The process continues with:
An examination of the property or site of work. The particular project needs are assessed and explained. We take notes of measurements and guidelines related to the work, including permits. The proposal is outlined in detail showing all aspects of the job.

Designs are provided to explain the work to be done.

NOTE:  Complex designs of comprehensive projects have a design fee required initially. All financial needs are explained in detail as part of the contract. Typically we need an initial draw, subsequent draws and a completion draw.
